This page explains how to have DomeAgent delete the information we received from Meta when you or your agency connected a Facebook Page or an Instagram account. What we receive is described in our Privacy Policy: the connecting person's user ID and name, the chosen Pages and Instagram accounts, access tokens, and a record of the posts published through them.

From Facebook or Instagram

  • Facebook: open Settings, then Business integrations, find DomeAgent and remove it. Tick the option to delete what DomeAgent received, or choose Send request afterwards.
  • Instagram: open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, find DomeAgent and remove it, then send the deletion request.

Meta tells us straight away. We delete every connection made with that login, its access tokens and the Page and account details it brought, and remove the account names and links from the records of posts made through it. Meta shows you a confirmation code; enter this page with it (the link Meta gives you does this) to see the request's status.

From DomeAgent

  • You can disconnect your Facebook and Instagram in Account → Connected apps.
  • An agency owner or admin can stop sharing an account with the agency in Agency → Social.

Disconnecting deletes the connection, its access tokens and the Page and account details straight away. Posts already published stay on Facebook and Instagram; delete them there if you want them gone.

By email

Email hello@domeagent.com.aufrom your account's email address and tell us which Page or Instagram account the request is about. We will confirm within 30 days.
