DomeAgent (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal information when you visit domeagent.com.au and when you join our waitlist. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What we collect

We only collect personal information that you knowingly provide to us or that is generated automatically when you use the site. This includes:

• Waitlist details: your full name, work email address, phone number, and the name of your real estate agency.
• Communications: the contents of any emails you send to us and any responses we send back.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device information, and basic usage telemetry generated by hosting providers (Railway, Vercel) and analytics tools we may add.

2. How we use it

We use the personal information you provide to:

• Add you to the DomeAgent waitlist and send you a confirmation.
• Personally reach out to verify your agency and set up your branded workspace before launch.
• Send you product updates, launch announcements, and onboarding materials related to DomeAgent. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
• Diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve the site.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only with service providers that help us run DomeAgent, under contracts that require them to protect that information:

• Resend (resend.com/privacy) — email delivery and audience management for the waitlist.
• Railway and other hosting providers — site hosting and operational logging.
• Government, regulatory, or law-enforcement bodies where required by law.

4. Storage and security

Personal information is stored on infrastructure operated by our service providers, which may host data in Australia, the United States, or other countries. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details for as long as needed to onboard you to DomeAgent. If you ask us to remove you from the waitlist we will delete your details from our Resend audience and admin records within a reasonable time, except where we are required by law to retain them.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
• Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
• Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if you believe we have mishandled your personal information.

7. Cookies and analytics

The waitlist site uses minimal cookies — strictly the ones needed for the site to function. We may add privacy-respecting analytics before launch; if we do, we will update this Policy and the site will display an appropriate notice.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are material, notify you by email or a notice on the site.
