One brand kit, your whole team.
Working alone is the default and it is free. An agency adds the three things a team needs and a solo agent does not: one set of branding on everything anyone produces, roles that decide who sees which listings, and a single bill instead of a card per agent.
$29 per seat per month · Seats bill on acceptance
What changes when you set one up
An agency is not a bigger version of a solo account. It moves branding, listings and billing off the individual and onto the business.
One brand kit, applied for them
Logo, icon, primary and secondary colour, phone, email and address live on the agency rather than in each person's profile. Every deliverable a member generates picks them up automatically, so a brochure looks the same whether it came from your principal or your newest agent.
Access that matches the job
An agent works the listings they created or were assigned. Marketing sees the whole book and does the assigning. Nobody has to be handed everything in order to be handed something, and nobody is chasing a file they cannot open.
One subscription, not a card per agent
Seats sit on a single subscription against one card. A seat starts billing when the person accepts their invite, not when you send it, so an invite that goes unanswered costs nothing.
Four roles, each adding one lane.
Every role does everything the one before it does, plus one thing more. You are choosing how far up that ladder someone sits, not assembling a permission set.

Listings are assigned rather than shared. Marketing points a property at the agent working it, and that agent sees it alongside the ones they created themselves.
Priced per seat, paid once.
The subscription buys the shared brand kit, the roles and the single bill. Listings stay pay per listing on top.

Questions.
What does an agency cost?
+−
$29 per seat per month, or $290 per seat per year, which is two months free. You are billed for active members only, and a seat starts when the person accepts their invite rather than when you send it. Solo accounts stay free.
Do I still pay per listing?
+−
Yes. The subscription covers seats, the shared brand kit and role based access. Listings are still bought per order, and members pay 10% less on every listing order while the subscription is active.
What happens to listings I already have if I join an agency?
+−
Nothing, unless you say so. Bringing your existing listings across is an explicit step when you accept the invite. Skip it and they stay personal to you.
What happens when someone leaves the agency?
+−
They keep a personal copy of the listings they created or were assigned, including the assets already generated on them. The paid entitlement stays with the agency, so the copy is a record of their work rather than a second free run.
Put the whole office on it.
Set the brand kit once, invite the team, and every listing anyone markets from here looks like it came from the same agency.
