Not yet. Today it assembles the upload set for you, numbered and ordered, and you upload it. Direct portal publishing is planned but is not available.
Why are the photos numbered?

Portal uploaders generally sort files by name. Numbering them in your chosen order means the sequence you set is the sequence buyers scroll, without reordering anything by hand after upload.
Does the upload set cost extra?

No. It is included with any purchase on that listing, and you can download it as many times as you like.
